Mission:

As a professional membership organization of minority students, graduates with MBA’s, advanced degrees, entrepreneurs, business and community partners; our mission is to increase the numbers as well as the diversity of successful minorities by:

• Increasing awareness and facilitating access to higher education programs and career opportunities;
• Providing innovative programs to stimulate intellectual and economic growth;
• Building partnerships with key stakeholders;
• Developing the pipeline of youth and a framework for their exposure to business practices; and
• Supporting the National Black MBA Association’s five areas of engagement: Education, Career, Leadership,
